Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To avoid a late cancellation fee, please provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice before cancelling or rescheduling your appointment(s).

For semi-permanent makeup, a minimum of 96 hours' notice (4 days) is required.

• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in a charge of 50% of the treatment cost or the loss of your booking fee.

• All deposits/booking fees are non-refundable. However, if you cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, your fee will be converted into credit for future use. This credit can only be applied to a treatment of equal value.

• Any outstanding cancellation fees must be paid before booking a new appointment.

This policy is in place to protect my business, as last-minute cancellations can significantly impact my income as a self-employed professional. Thank you for your understanding and respect for my time.
